Indaver chose Moss 2007 to drive their DMS needs. Amplexor installed “Indanet” based on Moss2007 where end-users collaborate on department, project and customer level. By using Ceylon, a quick overview on projects and customers is accessible.

Problem

Indaver had a lot of trouble getting a document management system up and running. Ergo: they weren't able to install such a complex product into their business. Finally, they chose Moss 2007 to drive their DMS needs. Those needs are situated in the following 3 domains:

  • Customer related documents
  • Project related documents
  • Department related documents

All of these have different requirements regarding security, maintainability and user friendliness.

Solution

Amplexor installed “Indanet” based on Moss2007 where end-users collaborate on department, project and customer level. By using Ceylon, a quick overview on projects and customers is possible. Furthermore, an extension on SAP Netweaver Portal was created in order to allow customers access to their own documents through the SAP interface. Those documents are maintained by the Indaver employees on Indanet. On top of the collaboration environment, Indanet was customized to reach the Look&Feel standards of Indaver.
